The Southern Tier Scholastic Science Fair is coming to SUNY Broome on Saturday, March 23, 2019.

The Registration Deadline will be March 17th at noon.

Rumble Ponies to Honor STSSF Attendees

This year, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies will host a STEM Event on Sunday July 22nd. This year’s STSSF participants will have the opportunity to purchase group rate tickets starting at $7 for reserved grandstand seating.

All STSSFair participants attending the game can be picked to do on-field contests. The winner of the Rumble Ponies Award at this year’s fair will even throw out the first pitch at this game!

Full STEAM Ahead!!

Tomorrow, Sunday March 11th is the last day to register for the fair and area scientists are excited to see the projects students will present this year!

In addition to the Health Sciences morning workshop, STEAM academy businesses from the Southern Tier will be entertaining this year’s young scientists.

As you all prepare to come to SUNY Broome this coming Saturday March 17th, be sure to enter the AT Building via the designated entry shown on our campus map. Renovation of our new Calice Advanced Manufacturing Center is well under way.

For the Health of It…

During the next Science Fair on March 17th, our great Health Science Professors will be hosting the morning workshop where they will check vital signs, explore the likelihood of cavities, and show off the new Anatomage Table!

Be sure to register by March 6th to get a T-shirt!

Registration is Open!!

Act fast!! …not like our Animal Adventure friend here from last year’s afternoon workshop.

It is time to register for the Southern Tier Scholastic Science Fair (STSSF) taking place on Saturday, March 17th!! The student registration form is now available and can be accessed by navigating to the Student Online Registration page. Please be aware that this form will not be submitted until you click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the online registration form. Also, please note that students must register by Tuesday, March 6th to receive a free STSSF T-shirt! Late registrants will be accepted up until the late registration deadline of Sunday, March 11th.
